sometimes you get a hand to help you just slipped

sometimes you just climb til you reach the top

and can scream out that you made it

But even though sometimes after that you will feel that everything is lost

relax get your feelings out

but then hold on to your good thoughts climb up the mountain again till you can say you made it

Without the disapointment you can never feel happyness

remember that so you never take anything for granted

Even when you feel you are on top

dont stop climbing
